Family life with little ones can be chaotic & fast paced - talking from my own experience! Which is why I truly believe you we deserve to have magical moments like this documented, so you can all look back and know it was so worth it and that you were present with them.
My family sessions are always very relaxed and always take place at an outdoor location usually in the late afternoon or around sunset time.
I am local to West Malling, Kent so tend to use a few familiar spots that are fairly secluded, but I can travel further upon request.
If you are feeling nervous or haven't had photos taken before I promise you are in very safe hands. I will guide you through the entire session and put you at ease with suggestions of movements and poses that do not feel forced or too uncomfortable.

Don't know what to wear?
What you wear will have an impact on the outcome of your photos. Once you have booked in your session with me I will always give suggestions of what to wear, because I want these photos to be treasured for years to come. Try to refrain from loud, clashing colours and think colour coordination for you and your family members.
Keep it simple & neutral where possible.
Things to also think about -
What season is it? If it's an Autumn or Winter session then it will be chilly so you may want to wear jeans, boots & a nice coat. Whereas Spring & Summer will allow some warmer weather, so perfect opportunity for gorgeous floaty dresses & shorts for the boys.
What location will I be at? I tend to use a handful of regular spots for photos which might include a woodland area or golden long grass so this also needs to be thought about when it comes to what colours you and your family will be wear.
I am now starting a collection of dresses for the Mums so please don't hesitate to ask me if you would like to borrow something!
